RETURN POLICY FOR STANDARD ITEMS
- Before returning any merchandise contact us at +91 80 500 933 93 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization number).
- All returns will be accepted as eligible for refund only if the returned merchandise is unused and in original condition.
- Returns are accepted if items are damaged in transit or defective. In the case of standard sized footwear, returns are accepted if the footwear does not fit the wearer as expected.
RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
- All items made against order, like customized or custom-printed goods, are not eligible for returns. Customized items are especially made for you and your order. And because of this limited nature, we're unable to accept returns.
- We still want to make sure that through customization we gives you products you love, so we manually check every step along the way to guarantee their quality. We'll happily replace these items if they arrive damaged or if the quality is unsatisfactory.
- For items made against order, cancellation of the order is accepted unto 24 hours after placing the order. Please write to us at email@example.com stating your order number to initiate cancellation.
- In order to exchange an item you need to go through the returns process as described above. A replacement will be sent as soon as it is custom made and will take the standard duration as stated against the product description.
Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased online at any of our retail partner stores, and similarly retail store purchases cannot be returned through the online store.
